No Guarantee of Wine Quality

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WineClubs.net regarding your use of our services.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms doesn’t constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
